The protea series is an uncoventional approach to a classic subject matter. Extremes in depth of field meets intense analagous hues against interchaning background values. Repetition of scale and compositional harmonies unify the pieces. Part of a larger series available in four colors: tangerine, mustard, passion, and ash.
