About the work

Calm shapes and colors rest on a textured surface. I am inspired by the idea of common space both in terms of human relationships and also physical space and time. Generations overlap. Farms evolve into neighborhoods; forests into factories. Sleepy summer mornings transition into thunderstorms. My work is active contemplation about time and how we cultivate our personal narratives.
