I used to think geology was boring...just rocks. But I've come to appreciate the beauty of desert canyons--wind and erosion acting as a paintbrush creating color and striations in the most unexpected places. This photograph was taken at sunrise in California's Death Valley. It is available in neutral cream, blush, and black and white. Part of a larger series.
