I find a lot of my inspiration visiting the Californian desert. The light, the blue skies and the vastness of the open desert landscape always gives me a wonderful sense of calm and peacefulness. This photograph was shot a warm spring afternoon after having explored the desert in the Palm Desert area in California.

Hi I’m Lisa Sundin, a self-taught Swedish photographer living in LA. I’m inherently drawn to simplicity and minimalism, and my work often has neutral or pastel hues with strong leading lines.
