About Emily

Emily Mikaere is the graphic designer and illustrator behind Inkblot Design. A large part of her creative process is exploration and experimentation resulting in artwork that is clever, bold and always playful. With a design education background rooted in typography, Emily also loves to incorporate her unique hand lettering style into her pieces. Emily is originally from Wisconsin but now lives in Papamoa New Zealand with her husband and 3 kids.
