Minted Wedding Planner Rewards

WHAT ARE MINTED PLANNER REWARDS?

Minted Planner Rewards are designed to recognize our loyal program members and reward them with Minted credits and exclusive benefits. As planners reach individual tiers determined by orders placed with their unique discount code they will unlock Minted site credit to be used personally or passed along to clients as well as earn eligibility for additional benefits such as features on Minted social, annual gifts, and early viewing to product launches, etc.

HOW DO I JOIN THE MINTED WEDDING PLANNER PROGRAM?

You can sign up for the Minted Wedding Planner Program here, and within 24 - 48 hrs you will receive a welcome email with your discount code and additional information regarding the program benefits.

HOW IS MY REWARDS TIER DETERMINED AND WHAT PURCHASES COUNT TOWARDS MY ORDER TOTAL?

Any purchase made using your unique Minted wedding planner code will count towards your total orders. Your Minted Wedding Planner code is intended to be shared with your contracted clients only, and is not to be shared online or posted on any social media channels. Any breach of these terms will result in deactivation of your code and disqualification from Rewards Program eligibility at Minted’s discretion.

IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT FOR MY ORDER TO QUALIFY?

Yes, only orders totaling $20 or more will qualify towards your rewards benefits.

WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM TIERS I CAN REACH?

There are currently three levels planners can achieve: Wooden, Crystal, and Diamond. Each tier has a corresponding order number that will qualify a planner for the tier’s rewards.

Wooden: 5 orders placed using your unique planner promo code

  • Unlock $75 Minted credit for your personal use or to share with a client
  • Eligible for features on Minted channels such as email, social media, and industry expert contribution

Crystal: 15 orders placed using your unique planner promo code

  • Unlock $125 Minted credit for your personal use or to share with a client
  • Eligible for features on Minted channels such as email, social media, and industry expert contribution
  • Annual End of Year Gift

Diamond: 30 orders placed using your unique planner promo code

  • Unlock $175 Minted credit for your personal use or to share with a client
  • Eligible for features on Minted channels such as email, social media, and industry expert contribution

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN I REACH EACH INDIVIDUAL TIER AND HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TIER I AM OR HOW MANY ORDERS I’VE DRIVEN?

The Minted Wedding Planner team will send out a quarterly email letting you know how many orders your code has been used on and your current status in the Minted Planner Rewards Program. If you have qualified for a new tier this is when you will find out!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MINTED CREDITS OR OTHER REWARDS BENEFITS?

You will receive your Minted credits on a quarterly basis as you qualify for each tier. Additionally, you’ll be informed of any other benefits you qualify for in your current tier. When you qualify for each tier you will receive your Minted credit via a promo code in the quarterly email.

DO THE TIERS RESET YEARLY?

No, once you qualify for the tier you receive the benefits associated with it as long as the program continues.

IF MULTIPLE PLANNERS FROM OUR COMPANY ARE IN THE PROGRAM DO THE ORDERS COMBINE OR DO WE QUALIFY INDIVIDUALLY?

Your order totals will be counted per code used. This means if you have multiple planners that all share the same unique discount code with clients your orders will combine. If you are individual members of the program with your own discount code, the order totals will not combine. Each planner at your company is eligible for Minted Wedding Planner Program membership, though!

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY MINTED SITE CREDITS?

At the end of each quarter if you have qualified for a new rewards tier you will receive your Minted site credit in the form of promo code within the email. This will allow you to keep the code for yourself or pass along to a client.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE ANY GIFTS SENT TO MEMBERS IN THE CRYSTAL AND DIAMOND TIERS?

We will ship all gifts and samples to the address we have on file from when you registered for the Minted Wedding Planner Program. If you moved or need to update your address, please reach out to planners@minted.com with your new or preferred address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Minted Planner Rewards Program

Minted (“we”, “Minted” or “Company”) is offering you the opportunity to earn Rewards through the Minted Wedding Planner Program via Planner Rewards (“Program”) offered on the web site located at Minted.com (the “Site”). The Minted Wedding Planner Program is subject to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which is hereby incorporated by reference and deemed a part of these Terms of Service. These incorporated Terms of Service contain an arbitration and class action waiver provision in the Dispute Resolution section that impacts your rights under these Terms of Service and with respect to any disputes between you and Minted or our affiliates.

  1. Binding Agreement. By using the Site or participating in the Program, and by clicking the box on our sign up screen acknowledging your agreement to these terms, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and indicate your agreement to them. All of the Company's decisions are final and binding.
  2. Privacy. The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy, which is available by link on the Site.
  3. How the Program Works. You must be a member of the Minted Wedding Planner Program and at least 18 years old to use the Site. You will qualify for individual tiers based on the amount of orders placed using your unique planner discount code. Once you qualify for each tier you will be notified via email on a quarterly basis.
  4. Sharing your promo code. Your Minted Wedding Planner code is intended to be shared with your contracted clients only, and is not to be shared online or posted on any social media channels. Any breach of these terms will result in deactivation of your code and disqualification from Rewards Program eligibility at Minted’s discretion.
  5. Eligibility. Program is open to Minted Wedding Planner Program members at least 18 years of age. The Wedding Planner Program is free to join as a Member and requires no initial purchase.
  6. Sign-In Credentials. PYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sign-in credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through the use of them. You agree to notify the Company immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. You agree that the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of Your credentials.
  7. Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate. The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify You at any time from participation in the Program if You do not comply with any of these Terms. Minted may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately terminate your participation in the Program. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breach or violation of any of these Terms of Service, and/or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) request by any law enforcement or government agency; (c) request of the account owner or its authorized agent; (d) extended period of inactivity; (e) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (f) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Website or any other Minted product. You agree that Minted shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your participation in the Program.
