This kit includes everything needed to create your very own balloon garland – no experience required:

*WHAT IS A THICK-STYLE GARLAND? Thick-style garlands use 11” balloons as a base, with 5” accent balloons and 17” and sometimes 24” balloons added for volume. Expect a full-sized profile that gives “main character” energy.
