About the work

As part of my continued fascination with hexagons, I wanted to add dots and translucency to the mix with this piece. The result is a fun and delightful painting that shifts from turquoise to yellow-green. The movement created with white dots is achieved using a masking fluid that is then painted over with watercolor.
