This photo was taken early in the morning when the summer fog had not yet lifted off the beach in Wells, Maine. In the fog you can see sandpipers digging for crabs, or bugs and the faint outline of people walking in the distance. This is one in a series of photos taken in Southern Maine in July. The calm, minimalist style is one of my very favorite styles to shoot.
