About the work
I had lived in California for eight years before finally making it up to the dramatic Big Sur Coast in Central California. Upon stepping onto an overlook and gazing down the magnificient coastline for the first time on this cool, overcast morning, I was more astounded by its beauty than I had ever anticipated. The balance between raw power and energy of the Pacific against the vast expanse in the soft morning light was stunning. I hope that this dramatic yet tranquil seascape refreshes your space while bringing a touch of Big Sur's majesty and magic into your daily life.
