About the work

I love to play with contrasts in my art, such as a delicate inked botanical set against a solid background of opposite color. Keeping the colors monotone accentuates the texture in the ink, bringing out the organic inconsistencies just like in nature. This is a fun set to mix and match with its mate in contrasting colors.
