About the work

We have huge museums housing wonderful works of art. Why? They represent something unique about mankind and we love to celebrate it. Mankind is creative, concerned with beauty, details, communication, expression and representation. Art is always communicating something about man. The art I create is a reflection of some of the things I delight in and find beauty in. It’s also a place for the brokenness, sorrow and frustration I wrestle with. Are we created with and for meaning or are we the product of chaos, a mere accident? Opus (Creation), though seemingly abstract is intentional in every way. Opus is part one of five piece series titled "Storyline."
