I covered a thick wire ring with twisted rope to create the base of this cake topper . I then added some pretty wired crystals and lots of seashells and a few starfish. Perfect for a beach wedding or event.
The ring measures about 8 inches across. This is a bit heavy, but it has two sturdy metal wired to put down into your cake.
